It has come to our attention that third parties are issuing fraudulent crew recruitment letters, guarantee letters, and employment documents falsely bearing the name, logo, and contact details of Spring Marine Management S.A. and Spring Marine Bulk S.A.
These documents are not issued by us. Spring Marine does not solicit seafarers through unsolicited communications, social media, or third-party agents not formally engaged by our group. Seafarers who have received such documents may have been targeted by a recruitment scam.
To verify any communication purportedly from Spring Marine: Contact us directly at crewing@springmarine.com before traveling, paying any fees, or acting on any offer of employment.
Important: Spring Marine will never request payment of any kind from seafarers as a condition of employment. If you have been asked to pay fees, this is a strong indicator of fraud.
